Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation or
reschedule of appointments within the 24 hour window or failure to attend may attract a cancellation fee as follows:

  • 100% of the prepaid amount will be forfeited for cancellations/reschedules within the 24hour window or failure to attend.

For any cancellations outside of the 24 hour notice period, you will be refunded 100% of the prepaid amount. Please be in
contact via email to arrange this.

For any reschedules outside of the 24 hours notice period, your prepayment will be automatically transferred to the new
appointment booking.
